About the Company

This exciting start-up is building an AI-native platform tailored for investment research. Founded in late 2023 by a team with extensive experience in startups, financial services, and leading AI labs, the company has brought together talent from organizations such as Google DeepMind, JP Morgan, and Meta AI. Following a successful Pre-Seed funding round in December 2023, the company is preparing to announce its Seed raise as it continues to expand and collaborate with early customers.

The start-up's mission is to create AI agents capable of analyzing and integrating diverse financial and market data sources. Its products are designed to meet the unique demands of institutional investors, with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and privacy.

Role Overview

  • Design and implement evaluations, metrics, and benchmarks for AI performance.
  • Present innovative solutions through proofs of concept (POCs) and demos, converting them into high-quality production-ready code.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other team members to drive innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required:

  • A degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong programming skills, particularly with Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of recent advancements in large language models and AI agents.
  • Experience in industrial research through internships or AI/ML engineering roles.
  • A track record of writing production-ready code.
  • Academic research experience demonstrated through projects or publications.

  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience and seniority.
  • Equity: A generous equity package to ensure team members share in the company's success.
