Senior C++ Software Engineer

Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £150,000 + Bonuses

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior C++ Software Engineer with a passion for technology and innovation. You will play a key role in designing and developing high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications.

- Collaborate with FPGA engineers, DevOps professionals, and other software engineers to deliver integrated solutions.

- Engage in code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure high-quality code.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of their software systems.

- Explore opportunities to work with Rust on new projects, with guidance from their Head of Software.

What We're Looking For:

- Extensive hands-on experience with C++ development.

- Broad technical experience and a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- A passion for technology and a desire to continuously improve and innovate.

- Prior experience in finance is not required, and we prefer candidates from diverse technical backgrounds.
