Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on. You'll lead and support day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth running of electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small maintenance team.
- Perform and oversee planned and reactive maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support installation and commissioning of equipment.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Leadership experience or proven ability to manage a team.
- Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC).
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
