2nd Line Support Technician

Norwich

Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment in a customer facing role? Resolving a variety of 1st/2nd Line level tickets, and contributing toward exciting projects? We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Technician to resolve 1st/2nd line support tickets, resolving issues remotely and at client sites when required. This role will also include planning and delivering a range of projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company who invest in the training and development of their staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Level 2 Service Desk role (Ideally within an MSP).
  • Comfortable providing remote IT support and speaking to customers over the phone and via email.
  • Understanding of Networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive.
  • IT Project planning or delivery experience.
