Their flagship solution empowers commercial teams to launch hyper-personalized sales and marketing campaigns at scale, with a focus on delivering highly realistic, human-like interactions.
In under a year since their launch, they've generated millions in revenue and earned the trust of major companies like Revolut, Jets.com, Kubrick Group, and Kleene AI. Backed by a leading venture capital firm, they have built a global client base spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The founding team has a proven history of scaling businesses and deploying complex AI solutions for some of the world's largest organizations.
As a lean, fast-moving team, our client is looking for a Founding Business Development Manager (BDM) to help accelerate revenue growth. This is a pivotal role in their early stages, with the opportunity to shape the company's commercial function as they scale.
What They're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales
- A genuine passion for the sales process - extra credit if you've already used social media to build a personal brand
- Someone ready to work hard, eager to grow quickly, and comfortable with the occasional long hours to achieve success
- Strong ambition to close deals within the first 3 months and advance to running the full sales cycle swiftly
- Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to embrace the varied, fast-paced life of a startup
- Enthusiasm for technology, AI, and helping businesses grow
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the CEO to identify target markets, refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and build a strategy to reach £1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Lead top-of-funnel prospecting efforts with a methodical and creative approach
- Build a sales pipeline using all available methods-whether that's cold calling, thinking outside the box, or leveraging top-tier cold email tools
- Quickly move into closing new business and managing the full sales process end-to-end
