We're looking for experienced Electrical Design Engineers to join a global powerhouse who are at the forefront of innovation within marine power and automation systems.
This role offers a chance to design and optimize state-of-the-art low-voltage power distribution systems for naval applications.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Lead the design, development, and testing of bespoke electrical power systems.
▪️ Apply technical expertise to solve complex challenges in power distribution and automation.
▪️ Provide mentorship and direction to team members, collaborating across functions to meet project milestones.
▪️ Oversee testing processes, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
What We're Looking For:
▫️ Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with extensive experience in power distribution systems.
▫️ Strong background in AC/DC systems and marine or defense sectors.
▫️ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
▫️ Familiarity with electrical standards (IEC61439, Def Stans) and design software (AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, ETAP).
