We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director at our headquarters in Basildon. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth management of the MD's daily tasks and interactions, requiring excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities of this PA position:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure smooth communication flow.
- Organise and coordinate UK and overseas travel arrangements.
- Handle the MD's expense submissions and office administration tasks.
- Type correspondence and prepare documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Plan and organise corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage ad hoc duties as required by the Managing Director.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong touch-typing skills.
- Experience using Teams telephone system is an advantage.
- Relevant training or qualifications are desirable.
Salary:
- £35,000 - £45,000
