ENGAGE Case Study: Jagex

Jagex are a UK-based online gaming company. They approached us to support them through a period of significant growth within their technical teams.

Due to the scale, importance and niche nature of this project, Jagex required a dedicated delivery team with the expertise to provide
the best talent for some niche technical roles.

Our Partner option provided a dedicated delivery team and visibility throughout via our reporting tools and management information.

"We've worked closely with a number of the team at Tec Partners over several years, and more recently happily entrusting them with a key ramp up in one of our key technical departments, with rapid timelines for project completion.

We've always found the consultants at Tec Partners to be  insightful, well networked and they clearly know the technical markets inside out, which is evidenced by their delivery. So, to have the impact required, we partnered with TEC Partners, welcoming a couple of their consultants onsite, further supported by their team offsite.

The team not only delivered across a number of technical disciplines, but they integrated seamlessly into life at Jagex too. They helped to integrate more efficient hiring processes with a number of line managers, whilst providing great market insight throughout their time. This insight was helpful up to Exec level, aiding the accuracy of our budgeting whilst their regular progress reports offered great visibility.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending TEC Partners across the whole IT spectrum. They're wonderfully well networked all the way up to Senior Appointment level and have been able to deliver to deadlines across both permanent and contract requirements."
