RETAINED Case Study: Camden Boss

CamdenBoss are a UK based manufacturer of electro-mechanical components and enclosures, specialising in injection plastic moulding and CNC machining processes to produce their products. 

They had a particularly important and pivotal Director level role, and a Retained campaign ensured that we could prioritise the vacancy whilst benchmarking against the broader market, and ensuring the whole of market was also explored. 

We have been successfully working with TEC Partners over the last few months, having recruited three candidates through them – one of which is our newly appointed Engineering Director which was carried out via a retained recruitment campaign by one of their Senior Consultants. 

The Consultant always put forward the most relevant and credible candidates for us to review, knowing their backgrounds incredibly well and was able to answer specific questions on their profile quickly and easily. Their approach was both professional and very responsive, and they knew their market well. They always tailored the service to meet the needs of our business and we’ve found them to be very personable and easy to work with.
