Contract: up to £400/Day – 12 months
TEC Partners are working with a global brand within the education sector who are trusted by Universities, Schools and Businesses throughout the world. They are innovators, leaders and disruptors within the sector.
As the User Experience Manager, you will be part of a global programme team focused on promoting cloud solutions and services that improve the experience of the wide user base.
The programme team will be supported by you to drive the adoption of the company’s new collaboration and communications cloud-based platform.
Working closely with learners, teachers and stakeholders around the world you will analyse usage behaviours and educational challenges faced by their user. You will use this data to make insights and recommendations to help deliver the ROI.
They are looking for an enthusiastic technologist who is confident in working towards improving a user experience that reaches millions.
You will engage, educate and work with internal customers to drive adoption of the cloud-based platform, and you’ll promote awareness across the company through blogging and presentations etc.
You will identify trends, understand existing user workflows, document common technology and knowledge gaps to propose achievable solutions to enhance the user experience.
Your engagement with the end users across the company will support the programme objectives and you will produce compelling and clear end user content.
Preferred skills and experience
Excellent written and verbal communications, comfortable with large numbers of internal staff.
Confident in dealing with evidence-based analysis and transforming this into recommendations and insights.
Exposure to SaaS cloud solutions.
Experience working with a wide range of users.
You can communicate effectively taking advantage of all relevant channels (social media/networks, blogs etc)
Attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
You will need
Technical knowledge across Microsoft, Apple and Google products and technologies.
Cross team collaboration skills.
Experience in stakeholder and customer management.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
