My client is a household name known for being one of the biggest providers of energy and connected home services in the UK.
As a UX Designer you will have the opportunity to work in a leading and award-winning team and be involved with work that is recognised globally.
You will be a UX Designer within a large decentralised UX team of around 30 like-minded and talented designers. You will be using agile and lean design methodologies and working as part of multi-discplinary product teams that cover all areas of digital including responsive web and native apps, serving a user base of around 11 million.
This role will require you to be responsible for all aspects of user experience including user research, behavioural science and usability testing, data analytics and user interface design.
You’ll have relevant commercial experience of linking user needs with business goals and can demonstrate the impact on business and the users from your work.
You’re an accomplished user researcher and are capable of running usability lab sessions (in their custom-built onsite lab!).
Using Sketch, Photoshop etc, you can complete the UI Visual Design to delivery standards using the base pattern library.

* Interaction Design & Micro-Interaction Design Finesse
* Visual Design
* UI Detail & UI Delight (Photoshop, Sketch etc) Experimentation
* Interactive Prototyping (Axure or similar) & Developer collaboration
* UCD Strategy & Persuasive Design Collaboration
* Knowledge of UX trends (past, present and predicted)
* Great expectation management and collaboration skills across multi-discipline teams
* Experience scoping timescales and delivering on time
