Position: Support Analyst
An excellent opportunity for a Support Analyst to join a business based just outside of London. Our Client is looking for an experienced support analyst to provide front line support to their full portfolio of products.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service experience and skills and will work well in a fast-paced team environment.
A full list of responsibilities will be provided prior to your interview; however, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
* Excellent Communication skills
* Experience of providing first line product support
* knowledge of CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) would be a plus
