Senior IT Support Engineer
The successful individual will lead the day-to-day IT operations within the business, as well as supporting IT development projects to help deliver significant growth for the organisation.
You will need to have experience working on IT projects to tight deadlines and dealing with different individuals of all levels.
Key skills required:
Experience of Server provision and administration VMWare
Networking skills including Vlans, QOS, and Routing essential. Physical networking skills in installing cat5e cabling, patch panels, and fibre an advantage. Knowledge of Meraki Wi-Fi solutions.
Project Management skills. Experience in creating and delivering projects within budget constraints to strict deadlines.
Multi Forested Domains including trust permissions, child domains and domain routing.
Experience using administrating telephone systems – experience with Unified Communications an advantage.
Experience with Microsoft System Centre Operation Manager (SCOM) including fault finding, event analysis, and troubleshooting.
Advanced Experience with Microsoft Exchange including certification, database maintenance and archiving.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
