Tec Partners are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a 6 month contract based on a £14million project to the west side of Cambridge. Please see below exactly what they’re looking for and please get in touch if this would be of interest.

Knowledge

* Detailed knowledge of commercial management within construction
* Detailed knowledge of Quantity Surveying role
* Glazing or curtain walling experience.
* Experience of working on projects £10 million+.

* Analysis and interpretation of commercial information
* Ability to forecast and plan commercial information
* Builds and maintains excellent working relationships
* Able to influence and gain the commitment of other people
* Ability to prioritise and allocate resources accordingly
