IT Support Technician

This IT Support Technician role is designed to assist in supporting the IT systems across all the organisation, including all client/server hardware and software. The role will include the installation and maintenance of servers, networks and systems both hardware and software.
Key skills needed:
Knowledge of Windows Server provision and administration.
Strong Networking skills both in physical cabling and in vlans, routing etc.
Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 including policy driven permissions
Ability to work with Active Directory.
Experience working with virtual environments.
Experience working with Microsoft Exchange.
Experience of Antivirus and Spam solutions (experience with ESET preferable)
Customer Service – a proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service, work prioritisation, and meeting SLA levels.
To have effective communication skills.
