IT Support Engineer
12 month contract
£14 per hour
Contract – Weybridge
My client has an exciting, new opportunity to join their busy IT team. You will be involved in first line support to internal users.
Key duties required:
* Diagnosing and solving
* Logging customer/employee queries
* Providing technical support in the timely resolution of incidents related to hardware, software and telephony.
* Works to agreed SLAs and ensures all incident information is recorded in correct manner in order to provide accurate data for report management
Windows 7 / 10 desktop support, general printer support (Lexmark, Samsung)
AV, networking knowledge would be of advantage
Provide desktop support for HP laptops and desktops. 1st line support for printers and replacement of consumable (lemark, Samsung)
