A brand new opportunity for a Resourcing Consultant in our Norwich office has just arisen!
Due to continued growth, this role is ideal for a graduate or someone who has a year’s worth of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, telesales, or similar, and will involve working closely with one of our team leaders who can offer 8 year’s of experience in the technical market.
About your new role:
You’ll start off resourcing for one of our team leaders who has an extensive background in IT recruitment, and will not only provide you with expert industry knowledge, but also insights into how to become one of the most successful and well-paid Consultants in the region.
As you progress under guidance of your mentor, you will gradually build up your own desk with the goal of becoming a 360 Consultant and a specialist in your niche.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both new and pre-existing candidates and clients within the IT sector. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and liaise between candidates and clients to ensure a high level of delivery throughout.
Have no doubt, being successful in recruitment takes a lot of hard work, persistence, and tenacity. We work in a hugely competitive market, so it’s key for us to stand out. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or recruitment. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are capable of striving for their own success without micromanagement, as well as having the drive to execute the right action at the right time to maximise success. Technical knowledge or experience is not essential, but would be an advantage.

* Degree level educated (preferred but not essential)
* Demonstrable B2B sales experience or recruitment experience
* The ability to demonstrate resilience and persistence
