Position: Desktop Support Analyst
Contract: Initially 3 months
My client are looking to add an experienced Desktop support Analyst to their support team. We are looking for a customer and solutions focused individual with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
You need to be a team player who is highly organised and experienced at providing 2nd line desktop support.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of and experience in:
* Provide 2nd line desktop IT support to Arqiva employees.
* Provide support and maintenance of Arqiva’s desktop services infrastructure, this includes:
* Desktops and laptops
* Fixed line telephony
* Mobile handheld devices (e.g. PDA’s ipads, Smart phones)
