This is an exciting role to support marketing teams and enables them to drive efficient, compliant and accountable marketing programmes. This role achieves this through owning the operational processes, accomplishing tasks within required Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensuring adherence to Finance and Management & Operations processes.

The job holder is accountable for:

* Supplier relationship management: work closely with internal and external suppliers to optimise campaigns execution. Find new suppliers in case current ones do not meet required quality level or cost level

* Offline Campaigns Execution: execute offline marketing campaigns based on agreed Service Level Agreements

* Other operational marketing task: help marketing teams with other marketing operations tasks (including, but not limited to: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) related issues, discount code management, low stock re-ordering, help to organise internal marketing team events)

This role requires a high degree of commitment and collaboration with business owners and customer facing teams. Key stakeholders include (without being limited to):

* Marketing teams
* Internal and External suppliers
* Other marketing functions:

o Web and Digital Marketing team
o Events team
o Customer research team

* Product teams and assessment teams
* Sales team

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
This is a role that requires an individual with demonstrable experience in
executing B2B marketing operations tasks. The successful candidate will need to
demonstrate experience in:
● High sense of ownership, accuracy and accountability for the agreed
campaigns
● Internal / External suppliers management
● Experience in working with internal billing, financial and product
management systems (e.g. EPM / ERP)
● Strong sense of teamwork and an ability to deal with and handle feedback
from multiple stakeholders

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:

* Some experience in marketing operations, preferably within publishing

business

* Educated to degree level qualification, or equivalent level qualifications
* High attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced

environment; work under pressure, staying ahead of complex schedules

* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and

PowerPoint)
Desirable:

* Experience of adhering to a well-known UK or international brand
