2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer
Contract – 3 months
Brentwood – Shenfield
£150 – £200 per day
My Client in Brentwood is looking for an experienced contractor to help for a 3-month to work alongside the Service Delivery Manager to manage the company-wide migration of systems and tools as required.
You will liaise closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and efficiency across the implementation.
Experience and knowledge required:
Experienced IT Technician with demonstratable experience of active IT systems deployment and support roles
Experience with Microsoft products: Windows servers 2008+, Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365.
Experience of supporting Windows Servers
Technical and practical understanding of Microsoft software (O365, Exchange, Active Directory, Server)
Experience with Office 365 projects
Experience with migration processes for Office/applications
Understanding of both Windows and Mac environments
Solid understanding of PC hardware and software set-up and configuration
An understanding on creatingmaintaining user training documentation
Experience in training users with new toolsapplications that have been rolled out
Hands-on IT Hardware experience- able to demonstrate experience installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
Experience with Helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g. ZenDesk, ServiceNow.).
Experience in delivering an IT service, IT upgrades and systems migrations
