With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within early-stage ventures, I deliver tailored recruitment strategies that prioritise long-term success for both companies and candidates.

Outside of the office

Born and raised in New Zealand, I’m deeply family-oriented and a proud dad of two. A big sports fan at heart, I love rugby, cricket, and golf (football… not so much, though my Son is obsessed and somehow, I help coach). When I’m not chasing kids or keeping up with sports, you’ll likely find me enjoying a craft beer (IPA obviously), sharing a good laugh, and swapping stories—often managing to combine all three at once.

Interesting fact

Feel free to take your pick. I used to have dreadlocks (it was the early noughties, don’t judge), grew up milking cows, worked with NZ Rugby, and even made it onto national TV promoting sheep's milk as a recovery drink.
