My entire recruitment background has centered around technical recruitment and I won a number of awards as a hands-on billing manager specialising in software development. When forming TEC Partners I applied a specific focus to the Cambridgeshire IT market, and now with a number of specialised consultants operating within this area, I have since enjoyed leading our efforts to make a real impression in the Gaming sector.

I always prided myself on the accuracy of my delivery and my consultative approach, and this is at the heart of how our teams now operate too.

Outside of the office

Outside of life at TEC Partners, I’m a proud (for some reason) owner of a season ticket at Watford FC, and am doing everything in my power to ensure my 3 ‘lively’ boys follow the same path before they’re old enough to realise what a poor choice following Watford is.
