With a background in recruiting within the software development space, I spent several years honing my craft alongside Paul and Chris before we came together to form TEC Partners in 2015. Our journey has been exactly that, a journey! We've scaled across multiple locations, supporting businesses not only across the UK but also throughout Europe and the US, forging valuable partnerships with leading venture capital firms, whilst acquiring an established tech consultancy along the way. It's been pretty relentless, but we wouldn't want it any other way.

Outside of the office

Outside of life at TEC Partners, my life is pretty much governed by my three young boys, ferrying them around the county to their latest football match or training session, with the secret ambition of them one day donning the 'famous' yellow of Watford FC - the good news for them is the bar is pretty low! 

Interesting fact

While visiting a friend in America, we took a short break in Clearwater, Florida. Wading through the sea, I was thoroughly enjoying diving headfirst through the sizeable waves, that was until one dive ended with me slamming straight into the seabed. Despite intense pain, I assumed I’d just torn something in my neck or back and carried on as normal - even managing to beat my friend at tennis (had to mention that in case he reads this). It wasn’t until I returned to the UK 10 days later that I discovered I had actually dislocated my neck and needed immediate surgery to fuse two vertebrae with a metal plate to prevent paralysis.  It might not be the most interesting fact, but it does at least explain the big scar down my neck should you see me.
