Warehouse Operative
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Full-time | Permanent | Day shifts (Monday-Friday)
TEC Partners are working on behalf of a leading client in the manufacturing sector, who are looking to bring on a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Operative to support their operations team in Ipswich.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day handling of product samples and materials within a friendly and structured warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package brick sample panels and special orders
- Process incoming sample requests and manage inventory levels
- Assist with basic order administration and reporting
- Coordinate shipments of finished samples and marketing materials
- Safely operate tools and machinery, including forklifts
- Ensure safe storage of display materials and maintain a tidy workspace
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure timely deliveries
- Adhere to internal procedures and health & safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Valid RTITB forklift counterbalance certificate
- Basic computer skills (experience with order processing systems advantageous)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach
- Willingness to learn and follow internal standards and procedures
