Project Manager - Business Applications & Legacy Systems

£60,000 per annum

We're seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager with a track record of navigating complex, legacy-heavy environments.

We're partnering with a long-standing organisation on the South Coast looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of business-critical applications, working across an intricate ecosystem of integrated legacy systems.

This is a permanent role offering the chance to work at the heart of transformation - where your ability to drive change in a challenging tech landscape will truly make a difference.

Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end project delivery across business application and system implementations
Working within structured SDLC frameworks, ensuring robust planning and governance
Managing integration across legacy systems with varying levels of complexity
Collaborating with internal teams, technical leads, and third-party suppliers
Driving delivery through strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on project management

Requirements

Proven experience managing SDLC-aligned delivery projects and experience scoping and delivery medium to large IT projects.
A strong background in business application implementation (non-development).
Confidence navigating legacy estates and delivering in environments with tech debt.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
A pragmatic, delivery-first mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Retail or utilities industry experience would be advantageous.
