Salesforce Administrator
Cambridge/hybrid (6-month FTC)
An exciting opportunity to support the implementation, integration, and rollout of a new technology stack. Joining the team on a 6-month fixed term contract, you'll configure systems, optimise workflows, and ensure smooth adoption across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in finalising a major systems implementation project.
- Configure and optimise a new Salesforce instance.
- Support SaaS tool integration, ensuring smooth data flow.
- Conduct data cleansing, mapping, and migration.
- Develop user guides and training materials.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong Salesforce configuration expertise (workflows, automation, custom objects).
- Experience with SaaS integrations (Celigo preferred).
- Logical approach to systems and data management.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with SaaS billing systems (e.g., Chargebee).
- Familiarity with marketing and support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Knowledge of call intelligence and customer success software.
- Background in process documentation and training.
