Tec Partners are collaborating with a seed-stage climate intelligence startup that has raised $5.5M to accelerate the deployment of climate tech solutions. Their AI-powered platform provides investors, corporates, and governments with the insights needed to redirect investments to underfunded yet high-impact climate projects. Their goal is to drive meaningful change by enabling smarter financial decisions in the climate sector.
About the Role
They are looking for talented Full-Stack Engineers to join their growing team. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced scale-up environment, the successful candidate will work across the entire stack, from front-end development (React, TypeScript, CSS) to back-end (Python, Django) and infrastructure (AWS). This role will play a key part in implementing new features and enhancing their product, which helps investors, corporates, and governments make informed decisions in the climate tech space.
What You'll Do
Work across the full stack, developing and deploying features in React, TypeScript, Python, and Django.
Contribute to infrastructure and cloud-based solutions using AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
Develop AI-powered solutions using OpenAI's API to extract data from PDFs (preferred but not required).
Utilize automated data collection techniques to enhance product capabilities.
Write and maintain high-quality code with a strong focus on automated testing (E2E and unit tests for every PR).
Own and optimize CI/CD processes, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Deliver pragmatic solutions balancing quality, speed, and technical debt.
