Test Analyst | Climate Tech | Hybrid (Norwich Office 2x Week)
Location: Hybrid - Norwich Office (2 days per week)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative climate tech company focused on making zero-carbon commuting a reality. Their platform enables large employers to measure, reduce, and report commuter emissions, supporting sustainability goals.
They are looking for a Test Analyst to join their product development team. Working closely with software developers and product managers, you will play a key role in QA and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define acceptance criteria with product teams
- Develop automated frontend tests
- Perform manual QA testing
- Investigate and resolve testing issues with developers
- Stay up to date with industry best practices in testing
Requirements:
- Experience as a Test Analyst (manual & automated testing)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of automated frontend testing for web or mobile apps (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hybrid working - Norwich office twice a week
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Maestro
- Familiarity with Scrum methodologies
- Interest in AI and its impact on QA
