Location: Rampton, Retford (Hybrid after 6 months) (Car + Licence Essential)

About the Role:
A leading provider of water management and environmental solutions is seeking a Junior Estimator to join their sales and estimation team. The role involves supporting the preparation of accurate costed proposals and quotations for clients, working closely with the sales, estimation, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing quotations, ensuring accurate pricing and margins.
- Work with supply chain partners and subcontractors to obtain cost estimates.
- Support the development of estimation processes and maintain up-to-date cost records.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely and well-documented proposals.
- Assist in tendering by collating necessary documentation, including accreditations and technical capabilities.
- Maintain compliance with pre-qualification portals (e.g., Builders Profile, Achilles, Constructionline).
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
- Understanding of cost estimation, quotations, or business administration is beneficial but not essential.
Experience & Qualifications:
- No specific experience required, though a background in cost estimation, quotations, or business administration is advantageous.
- No formal qualifications required, but business or engineering-related qualifications are desirable.
