The Role
As a Founding Team member, you'll co-lead the Machine Learning efforts, developing orchestration systems that integrate cutting-edge AI models, emerging tools, and human expertise. You'll drive innovation in task delegation, intelligent workflows, and agent orchestration to define how AI scales in real-world applications.
What You'll Do
- Build and optimize systems for task planning and execution across AI models and humans.
- Develop scalable, production-ready solutions in cloud environments (AWS).
- Integrate AI tools into a cohesive orchestration layer.
- Design performance monitoring systems to evaluate workflows and AI agent efficiency.
- Work hands-on with relational, non-relational, and graph databases.
- Shape our core orchestration engine and its architecture.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in machine learning or applied research.
- Expertise in LLM frameworks, agent architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Strong software engineering and system design skills.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- Passion for working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Bonus Skills
- Workflow orchestration or real-time systems experience.
- Knowledge of graph databases, reinforcement learning, or AI safety principles.
- Contributions to open-source projects or relevant research.
