Senior Business Analyst
Bury St. Edmunds
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dedicated team. As a Senior member of the team, you will be expected to work with sponsors, users and project teams to develop change management approaches and plans. And present detailed findings to senior stakeholders, confidently justifying recommendations and managing their expectations when required on large scale projects.

Beyond an excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, we are seeking someone can offer demonstratable experience of the following requirements:
- Proven track record working on large scale projects and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
- Ability to work proactively and off their own initiative, independently and within a team.
- Willing to mentor team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support the BA practice.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Visio or any relevant Modelling tools i.e. BPMN or UML.
